WHAT YOU CAN CREATE

  • You'll be responsible for developing our employees, keeping them motivated, and nurturing their talents so they can deliver outstanding performance.
  • You'll be in charge of directly managing and coaching our store managers and teams, as well as planning and monitoring the personnel budget.
  • Recruiting and onboarding store managers—in collaboration with HR business partners—as well as identifying and developing internal talent are part of your responsibilities.
  • You will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up on store visits, as well as analyzing business KPIs.
  • Based on the analysis of key performance indicators, you will support our store managers in merchandise allocation.
  • You will have full profit center responsibility for business results as well as operational responsibility for managing the stores.
  • You will support store managers in implementing visual brand marketing and visual merchandising concepts at all touchpoints.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the further development of Marc O’Polo services and marketing programs in Poland in close coordination with local center management.
  • You will take on strategic retail projects and conduct internal training sessions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least five years of professional experience as a Retail Manager or District Manager—or in a comparable role—and have already gained leadership experience in your previous positions.
  • Ideally, you’re based in the Warsaw, Kraków or Katowice area.
  • You are an expert in analyzing key business metrics; ideally, you have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
  • Your strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach drive you forward.
  • You possess solid industry and market knowledge (market conditions, customers, and competitors) in the Polish market.
  • Your knack for creating appealing product displays helps you do a great job every day.
  • With your willingness to travel and work hard, your resilience, and your hands-on approach, you’ll tackle every project with flying colors.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English is a must.

Want to take on more responsibility? Our Develop Yourself programme offers you a range of training and coaching to help you develop into a management or expert role. As a Sales Expert Styling, you advise customers in private shopping appointments, for example; as a Training Agent, you train your colleagues in internal sales.
