WHAT YOU CAN CREATE

  • Be both a hunter and a farmer: actively seek out new customers through calling and in-store visits, while building long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Own your sales targets: boost revenue and profitability across your territory by hitting agreed targets within the given timelines. 
  • Market-aware and strategically informed: leverage your strong MEN fashion network to share valuable market insights through regular sales and status reports.
  • Act as a solution-oriented partner: address customer needs efficiently and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passionate about fashion and trends, backed by 10+ years of relevant experience in the premium fashion industry as an area manager in wholesale business.
  • You already created a network within the fashion industry and relevant key partners (e.g. Weidewinkels in NL).
  • A people person who thrives in customer-facing roles and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
  • A goal-driven professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • You are well-organized and technologically proficient, especially in MS Office and Excel
  • Fluent in Dutch, with good written and spoken skills in both French and English.

trainings, e-learnings & development programmes

Your further training is important to us. Whether it's collection or sales training, specialist knowledge about Marc O'Polo products or sustainability – our retail sales trainers take care of the further development of our employees and teams in the stores. Want to take on more responsibility? Our Develop Yourself programme offers you a range of training and coaching to help you develop into a management or expert role. As a Sales Expert Styling, you advise customers in private shopping appointments, for example; as a Training Agent, you train your colleagues in internal sales.

Whether it's spring/summer or autumn/winter, with us you are always perfectly equipped. To be able to act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, you as an employee in the stores and outlets will receive Marc O'Polo outfits. You have the opportunity to choose your favourite pieces for each season, which you can wear while you work.

Catering in store

Staying hydrated is important, so free access to water, tea and coffee is a matter of course for us. Our fresh fruit in the stores is always available in case you're feeling snacky.
