We work a lot. We function in everyday life and hardly notice how rarely we really switch off. The competition runs from March 2 2026 at 0:00 a.m. to March 15 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
To participate, complete and submit the online competition form within the entry period. There is no other way to participate. Only one entry per person is permitted.
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer Marc O'Polo SE and companies affiliated with Marc O'Polo SE are excluded.
The organizer of the competition is Marc O'Polo SE, Hofgartenstraße 1, 83071 Stephanskirchen.
The winner will be drawn from all eligible participants on March 16 2026. The winner will be selected at random by means of a lottery.
The winner will be notified by Marc O'Polo via email to the email address provided during registration within 7 days of the winner being determined. If the winner does not contact the organizer within 14 days of the notification email being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible participants.
The prize includes only the services listed above. Any additional costs (e.g. travel to and from the airport, travel insurance, excursions/car hire at the destination) are not included in the prize. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded.
The travel period is flexible, subject to the availability of accommodation and flights, and will be arranged in consultation with the organiser and Arctic Retreat. The prize must be redeemed by 23 December 2027 at the latest.
Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer may change or terminate the competition for important reasons.
The data will only be used for the competition and will be deleted afterwards, unless there are legal obligations to retain it. Further information on data protection is available below.
