You'll be in charge of directly managing and coaching our store managers and teams, as well as planning and monitoring the personnel budget.
Recruiting and onboarding store managers—in collaboration with HR business partners—as well as identifying and developing internal talent are part of your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up on store visits, as well as analyzing business KPIs.
Based on the analysis of key performance indicators, you will support our store managers in merchandise allocation.
You will have full profit center responsibility for business results as well as operational responsibility for managing the stores.
You will support store managers in implementing visual brand marketing and visual merchandising concepts at all touchpoints.
In addition, you will be responsible for the further development of Marc O’Polo services and marketing programs in Poland in close coordination with local center management.
You will take on strategic retail projects and conduct internal training sessions.
