TOP EMPLOYERS: MARC O'POLO ONCE AGAIN TAKES SECOND PLACE IN THE “WORKING IN FASHION” INDUSTRY RANKING

Marc O'Polo defends its position in the newly published employer study "Working in Fashion" by the industry magazine TextilWirtschaft, taking second place once again, this year only a few points behind the number 1. In the categories “Good working atmosphere” and “Social responsibility/sustainable business”, which are particularly important to employees, the company achieves first place.

“This is an excellent result and, as a medium-sized family business, we are very pleased that we are once again seen and rated as a TOP employer both by our team and by all the external parties who took part in the study,” says Markus Staude-Skowronek CFO/CHRO Marc O'Polo AG. "We are particularly proud of 1st place for good working atmosphere and social responsibility/sustainable business practices. Personality and sustainability are core values of our company. The excellent ranking confirms our appreciative philosophy in dealing with each other at Marc O’Polo.”  

The Working in Fashion Study is conducted once a year by the industry magazine TextilWirtschaft. Various categories are surveyed to show what is important to employees in the fashion industry today in their work and what makes a good employer. Marc O'Polo has once again been able to position itself in the upper ranks in all. The company has improved further in the categories “Good further training opportunities” and “Salary”.
Around 6,850 graduates, young professionals and professionals took part in the current study. Marc O'Polo is one of 40 companies that were surveyed.
