Sandro Schramm, previously Director of Marketing, Licensing & Growth at Marc O'Polo, has been appointed to the Management Board of Marc O'Polo License AG, the subsidiary of Marc O'Polo SE in which all brand and license rights are located. He was appointed by the company's Supervisory Board and joins current Management Board members Maximilian Böck, Susanne Schwenger and Markus-Staude-Skowronek. In his new role, Sandro Schramm will continue to report to Susanne Schwenger in her position as CPO of the parent company, Marc O'Polo SE.
With this appointment, the company is setting an important course for stringent brand management and development and for expansion of the licensing business, both of which are important pillars for the growth and internationalisation strategy of the modern premium casual lifestyle brand.

We owe our current testimonial campaigns with Gisele Bündchen and Toni Kroos as well as the new cooperation with the DFB, to his high level of strategic and creative expertise and strong personality. Sandro Schramm has been with Marc O'Polo for more than six years. He started as Director Marketing & Growth and later took on additional responsibility for the license business, which includes Marc O'Polo Eyewear, Body & Beachwear, Fragrance and Homewear as well as the Marc O'Polo Junior collections. Prior to this, Sandro worked for many years at S.Oliver in various marketing positions and gained experience in sports marketing.
