With the claim "Personalities Creating Marc O’Polo Since 1967", the company focuses on one of its central corporate values. The company's own employees, who have shaped the success of the company's more than 50 years of history, act as testimonials.
The campaign shows different personalities of Marc O’Polo, who represent different career paths and levels from the most diverse areas such as design, sales, retail, trainees as well as professionals. The very reduced and black and white motifs clearly emphasize the characters of the respective employees.
Playing out on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN and Xing, and supplemented by various print ads in trade magazines, the campaign addresses a broad target group, ranging from young talents to professionals with many years of professional experience.
The campaign was photographed by Stefan Heinrichs. Marc O’Polo's Human Resources and Marketing departments developed the concept internally.
