Marc O’Polo Members now also in Austria and Switzerland

Stephanskirchen, 1 July, 2021. Marc O’Polo continues the international roll-out of its customer loyalty programme, Marc O’Polo Members. On July 1, 2021, the premium modern casual label will integrate Austria and Switzerland into the programme. From then on, customers in these countries will be able to collect points that can be converted into vouchers. In addition, customers will benefit from numerous digital services, including Click & Collect and Reserve & Collect, for barrier-free shopping between online and offline worlds.

“With Austria and Switzerland, we are integrating, on the one hand, two core markets and on the other hand, for the first time, markets in which we are represented via distribution partners and not with our own retail,” says Maximilian Böck, CEO of Marc O’Polo AG. “The Members programme is an important basis for international customer loyalty. It allows us to offer an ideal shopping and brand experience in all markets via the same services and to communicate with our customers in the same way everywhere.”

The Marc O’Polo customer loyalty programme was first launched in 2015 and underwent a complete relaunch two years ago. At the end of 2019, the international launch integrated Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania, among other countries. Marc O’Polo Members offers a transparent voucher logic and, thanks to numerous digital services, stands for a cross-channel shopping experience with a single customer account for online shop, stationary stores and factory outlets. The programme’s logo derives from the first Marc O’Polo campaign motif, a strawberry, from the company’s founding in 1967, and invites customers to become part of the Marc O’Polo story: “WELCOME TO THE CLUB”.
