"We are very pleased that we are able to realise these projects with our existing and new franchise partners, despite all of the challenges the industry currently faces and despite the ongoing restrained consumer mood," says Maximilian Böck, CEO of Marc O'Polo SE. "Our close and successful cooperation with these partners is a nice confirmation, and a great proof of confidence in our brand.
Marc O'Polo relies primarily on franchise stores in prime locations in high-frequency, medium-sized city centres with up to 100,000 inhabitants. New shops for Marc O'Polo Modern Casual Wear Women and Men as well as for Shoes and Accessories have been or are currently being opened in Landsberg am Lech (Germany) and in the Vienna SCS (Austria). Marco O’Polo franchise stores recently moved to prime locations in the German cities of Ravensburg and Reutlingen, and the franchise store in Fulda reopened a few days ago after renovating according to the new "Scandinavian Studio" store design.
The "Scandinavian Studio" store concept, which launched in 2021, underlines Marc O’Polo's premium claim while emphasizing the character of the collections: Scandinavian Simplicity. Clean and contemporary. Linear shapes and timeless colours that, in combination with the design elements, offer a desirable, spacious interior with a luxury approach.
Despite lockdowns due to the pandemic, nine Marc O’Polo franchise stores have already been converted to the "Scandinavian Studio" design, as have various of the brand’s own retail stores and concession areas. Marc O'Polo now operates a total of 109 shops in the DACH region with franchise partners.
