Marc O’Polo today launches its revised customer loyalty program, Marc O’Polo MEMBERS. A new name, a new voucher logic, and services for a cross-channel shopping experience (with a single customer account for online shops, stationary stores and factory outlets) are the main new features. As a logo, Marc O’Polo uses a strawberry—the first campaign motif, dating back to the brand’s founding in 1967—and invites customers to be part of the Marc O’Polo spirit.
Effective immediately, MARC O’POLO Members collect valuable Memberry bonus points with every purchase in MARC O’POLO Stores, Factory Outlets or the Online Shop. The points are converted into shopping vouchers twice a year. The amount of the vouchers depends on the number of points, with a starting purchase value of 10 euros and a maximum of 80 euros. In addition, registered customers continue to receive exclusive benefits such as invitations to special events or exclusive pre-sales shopping.
The revised customer program is part of the MARC O’POLO strategy to further combine the online and offline world with the support of digital services. The MARC O’POLO MEMBERS Services include Click & Collect (order online and pick up in the store), Reserve & Collect (reserve online and buy in the store), Instore-Online-Order (order out-of-stock favourite items in the store and have them delivered to the home) and Shop Online - Return Anywhere (send back items ordered online via the store of choice). The new program is based on cloud technology, ensuring that the boundaries of the respective channels will increasingly disappear thanks to faster systems and better scalability.
Interested customers can register as MARC O’POLO Members online at www.marc-o-polo.com/members and in all stores. Previous members are currently being contacted for the changeover to the new program. Its speed is worthwhile in itself. Until April 30, 2019, all registrations will automatically be entered into a raffle. The winner of the main prize will receive a weekend trip for two persons to Stockholm, the city where MARC O’POLO was founded more than 50 years ago.
