MARC O'POLO RECEIVES TOP RATING IN FAIR WEAR BRAND PERFORMANCE CHECK

Marc O'Polo has achieved the highest-possible "Leader" rating in this year's Fair Wear Foundation Brand Performance Check. The independent multi-stakeholder initiative, which works with 106 members, factories, workers, NGOs and trade unions to improve working conditions across the textile supply chain, recognised Marc O'Polo's exceptional progress across all performance indicators.

"This result makes us very proud and is a great confirmation of our work and our investments. "We have always had high standards in the area of sustainability. The social component of our business, especially fair working conditions, plays an enormously important role for us. The areas for improvement identified by Fair Wear in particular relate to ensuring fair wages, adopting responsible purchasing practices and engaging stakeholders in an inclusive manner. Marc O’Polo is moving forward and clearly in the right direction.

As part of the Brand Performance Check, Fair Wear annually reviews and evaluates a brand's efforts and progress towards better working conditions in its supply chain. The "Leader" category recognises member companies that perform exceptionally well and work at an advanced level.

Marc O'Polo has been a member of Fair Wear since 2020 and received a "Good" rating in the two previous years.
