Stephanskirchen, 15 February, 2019 -Marc O’Polo continues to expand its business in the contemporary casualwear segment, appointing André Hennigers as Managing Director of Marc O’Polo DENIM & CAMPUS GmbH. André Hennigers’ task will be to position Marc O’Polo DENIM’s fashionable, casual urbanwear line even more strongly in the market and to drive forward its sales activities. The recently-hired Nicole Komaritzan is responsible for raising the profile of the collection with her many years of denim expertise.
MARC O’POLO DENIM stands for Contemporary Casualwear in Scandinavian design, with denim spirit. It appeals above all to younger consumers. “We see great potential for our denim brand and want to grow strongly in this segment. It is ideally suited to introduce the younger target group to our MARC O’POLO brand,” says Dieter Holzer, CEO of MARC O’POLO AG. “André Hennigers, with his denim expertise and many years of sales experience, is the perfect fit.”
André Hennigers comes from the denim label Mavi. There, he was responsible for the European business as Sales Director. His previous positions include managing-director and management positions at Levi's, Garcia, Esprit and Nike.
