Describe your training at Marc O’Polo in a maximum of three sentences.
As part of my dual education as a Business Administrator for Retail-Sales, I learn at the side of a store manager to take responsibility for the team and the store. These practical experiences are combined with the theoretical part of education and training, which are conveyed to me at seminars.

When does your day start and what is the first thing you do in the office in the morning? Do you have a ritual?
My working day starts at a different times, depending on personnel planning. At first I ask about the current collection and new goods in the store in order to be able to guarantee an optimal customer consultation later at the beginning of work. In the morning meeting, I receive important information for the workday.

How did you become aware of Marc O’Polo?
During high school I started working as a Sales Assistant at Marc O’Polo. Dealing with collections and advising customers gave me a lot of pleasure so I decided to continue working at Marc O’Polo after finishing high school.

What do you like the most about your role?
No day is like any other day. It is great to accompany the customers from first contact to a successful sale. The most beautiful confirmation is when a customer leaves our Marc O’Polo store happy and satisfied, knowing that he will come back.

What has been your best moment so far at Marc O’Polo?
There are beautiful moments every day, being with your colleagues or dealing with customers. One of the most pleasant experiences was the Robbie Williams event for the company’s 50th anniversary, in which I was allowed to participate actively. Another great experience was a private shopping appointment with an actor who was looking for an outfit for the film festival in Munich.
