Further Training

Marc O’Polo University provides employees with targeted support in developing and strengthening their individual skills. With the training and development of our employees, we want to create the conditions for long-term employment and fill management positions from within the company. We support young professionals as well as experienced professionals, both at our headquarters and in our stores. We invest in good leadership at our Leadership Academy, where we train managers and those who want to take on managerial positions. Our Retail Academy offers seminars for our store teams and on all career levels. Our employees are trained by experienced internal retail sales instructors.
