As a sales talent in retail for premium fashion, you've come to the right place.

As one of our approximately 1,185 employees, you will not only assume the role of a salesperson for sustainable women's and menswear in the Marc O'Polo retail stores, your support and advice will ensure that customers enjoy an exclusive shopping experience. Your specialist knowledge of trends and fits will make a key contribution to achieving sales targets. Your duties in retail will also include working independently with our CRM software, RFID and our checkout systems.

At Marc O'Polo we attach great importance to ensuring a pleasurable and relaxed shopping experience for our customers, which is why our Marc O'Polo employees view themselves as hosts.

In terms of the shopping experience: 15,966,165 customers visited the stores and outlets in 2023. Marc O'Polo products are sold in 2,226 stores and retail partners in 45 countries worldwide, 116 of which are our own retail and flagship stores, all the other outlets are franchise stores or retail partners.

Depending on the career level, we offer specific development programmes on topics such as leadership skills or personal growth. We invest in good leadership at our Leadership Academy, where we train managers and team members who would like to take on a managerial position. Those who are more interested in personal development in the sense of a specialist career will find just the right seminar for them at our Retail Academy.

Dilan, STORE COORDINATOR
As a stock coordinator at Marc O’Polo, Dilan works at the heart of the store and coordinates the stock levels. Good co-operation and dialogue with his colleagues on the floor are therefore vital. In the video, Dilan explains that, as an employee in warehouse logistics at Marc O’Polo, it is crucial to be a skilled organiser to maintain a constant overview of the available goods. Reliability and an open and committed attitude are also essential for him as a stock coordinator.

Would you like to take on more responsibility? Our "Develop Yourself" programme provides you with various trainings and coachings to help you develop into a management or expert position. As a Sales Expert Styling, for example, you advise customers with a private shopping appointment; as a training agent, you train your colleagues in internal sales training.
