Our Marc O’Polo Campus in Stephanskirchen is the global strategic and operational headquarters of our brand – and the heart of our company. This is where a wide range of teams from Design, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Administration and many more work.

Life in Stephanskirchen
Located 60 kilometres to the south of Munich in the Upper Bavarian district of Rosenheim, our campus is surrounded by mountains, forests and lakes. In this diverse landscape, even the daily commute becomes a relaxing experience – after work and at weekends, cultural, sporting, wellness and leisure activities help to increase our employees’ quality of life. Commuters benefit from the good infrastructure and direct connections to Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck.
Freedom to Flexwork
With ‘Freedom To Flexwork’, we mean flexible working, a hybrid model of mobile office and on-site work on campus.
More than half of the employees at our headquarters in Stephanskirchen already work on a basis of trust – independently whenever and wherever they want. Our employees can use our design offices and the Munich showroom free of charge as co-working spaces.
Our new ‘Work From Abroad’ programme offers even more freedom. Why leave your holiday to return home when you can also work with a sea view? Looking forward to visiting your family again, but there’s an important project coming up? You can have both! Our mobile concept makes it possible: enjoy working remotely in a European country of your choice for a whole month.
