Key facts about apprenticeship & studies
We cooperate with the DHBW, the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, for the dual study programme. Our dual students in the International Business programme study at the DHBW Ravensburg. Our partner university for the Business Administration Forwarding, Transport & Logistics degree programme is located in Heidenheim. As a dual study programme student, you will regularly alternate between the theoretical phases at the university and the practical phases at our campus in order to optimally combine theory and practice.

It's easy to get nervous about such an important step, but there's no need to worry! You will also find some tips on how to prepare for your interview from Marc O'Polo colleagues.
Prepare yourself well.
Take the opportunity in the interview to ask questions - think about what you might be interested in beforehand. What expectations do you have of your apprenticeship or dual study programme? What do you need to feel comfortable? What do you particularly value in your interactions with trainers and colleagues? This will give you a comprehensive picture of your potential apprenticeship company and ensure that your expectations can be met.
Take the opportunity to talk about yourself.
Talk about yourself in full sentences and find a good balance between talking and listening. Take the opportunity to talk about your experience and qualifications when asked questions. Don't be afraid to say something unusual about yourself - perhaps you have a special hobby or a favourite item of clothing.
Be authentic.
Show yourself as you really are in the interview. Be authentic - this is the only way we can get to know you in all your facets. You may be a little nervous, which is completely normal in an unfamiliar situation - don't be afraid to let that happen!
Choose the right outfit.
The following always applies: you should feel comfortable and dress appropriately for the company and the industry. Don't dress up, but wear an outfit that authentically reflects your personality.
