Our leadership mission is based on a sense of responsibility for our employees, their motivation and their talents. Our aim is to enable every employee to achieve the extraordinary – for themselves personally and for us as a company.

Therefore we promote not just young talent but also professionals at our headquarters and in the retail sector, and we offer all employees an opportunity to obtain further training. To this end, we have established “Marc O’Polo University”, which offers further training for methodological, professional and social skills.

In addition, internal know-how is also multiplied on the basis of an internal continuing education programme that has been created by colleagues for colleagues, and that is actively co-designed by our employees.
