Inhouse Academy
Training courses for the development and assurance of the decision-making and responsibility of our employees (professional, methodical, personal and social skills). The In-House Academy offers trainings in project  and process management, communications & conflict management, languages as well as first-aid courses.

This program for promoting in-house talent and further developing high-potential employees focuses on broadening their soft skills/systems-thinking skills, personal development and social skills.

Leadership Academy
This program for managers is based on the MARC O’POLO management principles, with a focus on delving deeper into topics such as values, culture and mindfulness.

Leadership Essentials Newcomer
MARC O’POLO leadership development for new Head of’s und Group Managers.

Lectures by key speakers and market leaders from different fields offer a source of inspiration and motivation for employees and executives.


In Retail, MARC O’POLO attaches importance to continuous advancement as a means of continually motivating employees and preparing them in the best way possible. Regular trainings offer the opportunity for professional and personal development and strengthen team spirit.

Regional Welcome Days
The seminars offer fundamentals on MARC O’POLO’s philosophy, sales techniques and merchandise knowledge for new Sales Assistants.

Retail Academy
The MARC O’POLO Retail Academy is a concept for professional trainings. Competence is an important element for working in a service-oriented way. Only if you know the products of your brand can you serve the customer appropriately and achieve success. We make sure to convey this expert knowledge through continuous training courses on current collections as well as theoretical sessions on commodities and sales.

Sales Experts Styling
MARC O’POLO offers training to selected sales assistants to become Sales Experts in Styling. Alongside external seminars on styling and trends, we provide practical workshops and in-house training on fashion collections. Upon completion of the course, our Sales Experts in Styling gain an additional qualification that enables them to offer personal stylist appointments to clients.

High Potential Programm
It is one of our principles to fill leading positions from within our own ranks. Young talents who are especially committed face excellent national and international career opportunities in retail by participating in our High-Potential Program and Develop Yourself programs respectively. These programs offer seminars and on-the-job training that have been individually developed to prepare young talents for future executive functions.

Competence Trainings
In the course of on-the-job training, new Store Managers are introduced to the procedures of the stores, management ratios and sales principles. This takes place in-store with training by colleagues from other MARC O’POLO stores.
