Starting out at Marc O'Polo, I had a very inspiring leader who encouraged me and believed in me from the very first moment. This was the perfect kind of motivation and, after six and a half years, I'm still here with enthusiasm and joy. I believe Marc O’Polo is full of potential and an openness to change, providing me with a feeling that I can really make a difference, together with all the departments and especially with my team.

Anyone who brings expertise and an interest in digitalisation—who is open to the possibilities that can be reached and shaped by technology—is welcome here. Besides employees with a deep technical understanding, we also need thought leaders who are willing to understand business processes, question existing solutions and develop concepts that can optimise or even replace them.

With our agile mindset, strong tech stack and numerous intelligent, data-driven minds, we can quickly grasp challenges, develop smart solutions and thus continuously drive the digital transformation of Marc O’Polo. For this we rely on, among other things, a modular approach and cloud-based internal innovations on AWS and Azure. This infrastructure allows us to revolutionise our customers’ experience, one step at a time. Our long-term goal is to view our online and offline sales channels as inseparable, to rethink and to omnichannel all of our customers' touchpoints, making the shopping experience as convenient, intelligent and seamless as possible.

We stayed connected during the pandemic thanks to Daily Standups, Confluence and Jira, but it is even more enjoyable to meet again personally as a team. With its special dynamic and family atmosphere, our MO’P Campus is the ideal setting for this.
