With our leadership model, we want to establish a cross-company and shared understanding of personnel management at MARC O’POLO. It serves as a guideline for the principles of which shall be lived up to in the daily routines of an executive and which shows the most important competencies as well as the target state for all colleagues with personnel responsibility.

The leadership model helps us to achieve the company‘s goals and live our mission. Humanity and mindfulness are our guidelines to be appreciative and effective in thinking, acting and communicating.

Through management training, regular tasks and monthly updates to all employees with personnel responsibility, we help our executives to deal sustainably with the principles of the model and apply them in their daily work.
