    Special training program for sales staff to support their sales personality – offered both face-to-face or online.

    Online training modules on different topics create a knowledge base within the scope of a Blended Learning approach and form the basis for subsequent face-to-face training courses.

Retail

In Retail, MARC O’POLO attaches importance to continuous advancement as a means of continually motivating employees and preparing them in the best way possible. Regular trainings offer the opportunity for professional and personal development and strengthen team spirit.

  • Intake
    This event is for our new national and international Store Managers. It aims at ensuring an optimal entry into the world of MARC O’POLO and offers a good overview of all relevant interfaces and structures. The event gives you exciting insights into the atmosphere and workflows at our headquarters in Stephanskirchen. In addition, you get to know your future contacts in person.
  • Regional Newcomer Seminars
    The seminars offer fundamentals on MARC O’POLO’s philosophy, sales techniques and merchandise knowledge for new Sales Assistants.
  • Retail Academy
    The MARC O’POLO Retail Academy is a concept for professional trainings. Competence is an important element for working in a service-oriented way. Only if you know the products of your brand can you serve the customer appropriately and achieve success. We make sure to convey this expert knowledge through continuous training courses on current collections as well as theoretical sessions on commodities and sales.
  • High Potential Program (national) / Develop Yourself (international)
    It is one of our principles to fill leading positions from within our own ranks. Young talents who are especially committed face excellent national and international career opportunities in retail by participating in our High-Potential Program and Develop Yourself programs respectively. These programs offer seminars and on-the-job training that have been individually developed to prepare young talents for future executive functions.
  • Competence Stores
    In the course of on-the-job training, new Store Managers are introduced to the procedures of the stores, management ratios and sales principles. This takes place in-store with training by colleagues from other MARC O’POLO stores.
